Share your idea: Following the Frontiers in Science: Climate Action conference on April 18, 2024, all attending Georgia Tech assistant professors will be eligible to submit a 2-page proposal with an idea for a climate solution inspired at the event. The Strategic Energy Institute at Georgia Tech (SEI) and Brook Byers Institute for Sustainable Systems at Georgia Tech (BBISS) are funding this challenge with 2 grants of $15,000 each.
Each proposal should:
- Describe the idea and plan for its execution.
- Include names and titles of proposal participants.
Preference will be given to proposals with cross-unit participation. - Detail how the funds will be spent.
- Be sent to dean@cos.gatech.edu by May 15, 2024, with subject line: SEI PROPOSAL
A selection committee of SEI, BBISS, and CoS members will notify grant recipients by early June.
